well, as usual i am not very happy with my haircut. I patronised a new hairstylist today and she was pretty okie. Just that, she trimmed off some of my fringe so now i have a curtain like thingy disturbing my eyes. I really hate that. But this is all because i forgot to give her instructions not to leave any fringes. It is all my wrong doing. I look a lot younger. this is bad coz i look young with long hair too ,,, worse now . =(

just watched a movie on star movie about a racing horse called sea biscuit.
Since young, i love to watch shows on horses and horse racing. gorgeous creatures that god has ever created. they are so graceful when they gallop through the racing track or hills or plain lands. Yup, Horse is my favourite animal. And there is always this dream that one day,yes one day i will be able to ride on one.

Finally, the much awaited one week break has arrived. i was pretty drained today.... so bad that i nearly took someone else ATM card at the ATM machine,,, coz i thought i forgot to take keep mine after redraw of money. The guy was like that is my card.... oh my god,... and i was so blur that,, oh sorry i thought it was mine. Oops ...
Met up Mitch and Fei for dinner and we went over to 爱情海. Guess we have chosen a good time to be there cause 礼连, 启胜 and 忠威 were performing for the friday night slot. It has been a long time since i see them performing. Still so good.... =)
启胜 are still superb in his keyboard while the other two have lovely voice. I kinda like 忠威 voice, a very expressive singer who bears resemble with 陈小春 in appearance. But he has a more powerful vocals than jordan hee hee... Happy belated birthday... ha ha ,,,
Well, at least i felt satisfied after the session..... at least i am doing something i enjoy doing. (",)

Now i finally realised the hassle of wearing that so damn heavy lead apron and the thyroid shield during the Fluoroscopy procedure. It weighs god knows how many kg manz... my shoulders nearly gave way. But it is rather fun . hee hee .....
Just realise that i have many things to purchase for my embarking career. A thyroid shield is a must... coz the ones they have in hospitals is to big for me.
think have to start my driving lessons soon if not i may have to take my practical exams during the exams... it will not be good hor

my day in IVU was a hectic one. It just occurs to be that patient turns out can affect the entire day. like today, patients did not come for appointment on time, then the entire slots for IVU went haywire. Both of us were trying to clear the cases fast but the processors have to break down at the most crucial time. Then the R was like not very happy that we take so long to process the films,, so have to cut queue.. however, it brought unhappiness to other RGs as their Pts were also waiting for the flim. I also dun wished to do that... i have a choice i also cannot defy the R instructions right. Later R grumbles about it then the others RG then placed the IVU for processing first. This is a classical example of role strain in working relationship. Well, there's a lot to learn as in how to handle our pts, our fellow counterparts as well as bosses. sigh =( Anyway, i also very bo chap as long as i live by my consciences that should be sufficient for the moment.

my mother and i had dinner with one of my auntie and uncle today. Coz there was no one else at home, so we decided to join them for dinner. Initially, we wanted to eat hor fun at the queenstown but it was closed for the day. well, then we went to eat from my favourite stall. hee hee yea sambal fish,, yum yum...
after dinner, we went to buy bread coz mummy predicted that i would be hungry by 11pm . true enough, feeling hungry now. ha ha ...
Younger bro is down with flu. poor thing. the flu bug is still lingering around,,,, dunno who is the next victim.

Yup, just back from the 1030pm show. It is indeed so far the most touching episode of the all the star wars series. The desire of keeping the love ones in your life, the desire of gaining power and be stronger and more competitive to the fellow counterparts are just one of the factors that lead one to the dark side.
For Anakin Skywalker, the main reason for him to choose to serve the dark side is his love for Amidala. His fear of losing her allows Palpatine to manifest on his fear and manipulate him to believe that the power of the dark side could prevent amidala from dying. The moments before anakin make the decision to proceed to save Palpatine, the scene of amidala grazing at the Jedi temple and anakin looking to the direction of her apartment, that intensity that feeling,.... i thought that was pretty well protrayed. Anakin is not the bad guy, he did all the betrayer stuff out of love and to a certain extent,,, the thirst of power. At the last scene after he lost his legs and got burnt becoming darth vader while amidala lost her life after giving birth to the twins. so ironic... One side, anakin was fighting to stay alive for her while she had lost the will to live. Palpatine still have to add the last straw to inform him that he had killed her instead with the intention to make him even more powerful with all the greivance and unhappiness within him. That's what dark side is all about. How could u ever find happiness in there ????
Well, towards the end, the usual fighting scenes such as doing the balancing act while fighting had folllowed the tradition of star wars series.... very well illustrated. The graphics and animination are excellent and impressive.
Of course, my favourite character is still R2D2...... it is always so adorable and cute. ha ha ha.

Hee hee i had spent my day in the nuclear medicine department. Nice place with 3 RGs running the department plus a staff nurse and PA. Although i only spent the day in the cardiology imaging room, it was not as bad as what we studied in school. the techniques and data acquistion were actually pretty easy to understand. Of course, nothing beats the fact that we should understand everything behind the principles. Nevertheless, it is not as bad as it appears to be . yea!
After work, bin n me went to pick up the boxes... which created havoc when i brought them back to my place. My mum was not very happy. She says i never use my brain to think. How could i brought the crates home.... ....
Well not that i did not use my brain to think. yes i did think of getting the keys to my dad's factory to deposit the crates so that i dun have to bring them home and get my dad to bring them back to the factory again in his lorry when he has the time since they cannot fit into his car. I just dun want to be bother by their endless questions on the issues of me locking the door properly. So to save trouble, i brought them home instead.
So now my living room smell like ikea,... and my room irks of beer coz someone was happily drinking beer in my room. yucks !!!!

Dunno why eversince i stepped into NUH, i fail to perform like i usually do. I cannot find the motivation to participate in procedures. worse.... when i do, i did not do it with zest. A number of questions they asked me... i know the answers but just could not retrieve them from my database. I was less chatty as compared to times at AH earlier. I lost my smile as well. Why is this happening?
Stress???? i dun think is the reason lor... i dun feel stressed ,,, i just felt tired,, ..maybe because of my flu... =) or confidence level not there... can someone tell me why

It started to rain very heavily in the morning. I was pretty worried that the outdoor wedding ceremony had to be shifted to indoor. Luckily, the sun was smilling very brightly by noon. It was so hot that the couple were soaking in their perspiration and exchanging their wedding vows. =)
I like the setting of the venue. SY was dressed in a grey colour gown. simple as she had wanted it to be. They tied their knots after being together for eight years of which a couple of years they were living apart one in States and the other over here in singapore. They have received blessings and well wishes from parents and friends.
The food was delicious. The champage taste very nice,,,sweet =P
That's my best friend's wedding. Dun ask me when will it be my turn? coz i also dunno the answer.

I am hit with viral flu again. This time got the flu bug from my mum. yesterday, i had finished the required reports and had printed them out... sigh,.. in the morning, the headache was pretty bad. In fact , the headach still prevail after so many hours of sleep. That combination of cold and fever tablets taste more bitter than the normal medicine. It takes so damn long to disslove in water. ( i still dunno how to swallow tablets =P)
Hopefully can recover in time...

My family celebrated Mother's day today. This is the first time ever dinner with my two potential sister in laws candidates of my two brothers. It's a bit wierd in the beginning as no one speaks and if there is sound, it is more like conversation among the couples. Everyone round the table is in pair. Maybe it is time i need to face the reality =P.
They seems to get along well. I have let Meifen to accompany my mum to take order. hee hee must let them get to know each other right. Mum ordered two dishes of cray fish, one with chilli and steamed dish. The reason being shirley dun take chilli. However, shirley was like dun have to lor.. coz she also can eat the chilli ones... but knowing my mum.. it's her way of expressing her love lor. she also like to order steam crab for me .. when i was younger coz i dun eat chilli.
I am kinda jealous leh.. all of a sudden i have to share my love to the other two gals.... of coz.. being their elder..by age .. coz they are all younger than me.. i have to take care of them too. My mum will still love me as much as before ,, coz i am her own daughter mah. =)
I am still frantically writing reports. there are so many reports to write. sianz ..

i have attended yu heng's birthday party in the evening. Before that, i dropped by at city hall to get a card and a key chain for her although i have already shared the mp3 birthday present. I was prettu lost when i was making my way there. luckily i know where to get off the bus. ha ha.. then met ginny, huiping, baowei and wong lee at the entrance of villa marina. They were pretty surprised to see me there though.
While the others were busy catching up, i took a walk round the condo.Nice environment and pretty impressive club house. just that the location is not very accessible. On my way back, I just parked myself with the guys like noel, TH, junchiang and Tom. Guess they are easier to talk to compared to the gals who are in their cliques.
The food was delicious and the cheesecake was superb. The only thing is that most of the crowds were leaving straight after the cake cutting ceremony. i felt bad for not staying a bit longer.. however, i was not very comfortable there. Maybe i am just too sensitive .. Being the only accelerated student there,,, everyone seems to be wondering why am i there.. well i just want to wish this cute little gal.. happy birthday and share her joy of turining 21 today.

It was raining today. well, it seemed to many that the heaven was also mourning for the late ex president Mr Wee. I did not make it in time to watch the ceremony on TV. Although it was sad to see him go, he has earned many respects and love from his loved ones and those around him as well as those he has aspired. I respected him and he is my favourite president of singapore so far. =)

today is a much busier day compared to yesterday. Although i dun have to meet up for project today, i was practically drained at the end of the day. There were so many ugent ct cases and interventional procedures. I also made many mistakes as well. damn pai seh.
tomorrow has to rush home and get the board and make my way to NYP. Must prepare everything tonight if not tomorrow will have problem bringing the stuff there. Still have to write reports .
Sometimes, i think i am too mean to A. Did I? can't help but felt sorry . =P

Hee Hee, i have just received my final driving theory result. Now have to worry about when to resume the driving lessons again.
The project discussion in the morning which stretched to early afternoon did not bring us anywhere. We still need to test out some hypothesis before deciding on the final material used for the board. Sometime, i really wonder if we think too much or too overly concern with certain aspects. Some of the group members just like to assume and some will just want to choose for a easier option coz it will be less complicated and less troublesome. Do we want to compromise with all these? Sometimes i think with Lee around will tend to help at least i have another person who is able to think along the scienitific way. Dunno leh .
Supposed to have meet shaoyen, bro and hana today.. but no one msg me the venue and time,,, i would assume that the gathering has been called off.
