Strangely, i did not feel as disappointed as i thought i would be when i knew that i have failed my driving test. Somehow, deep in my heart, i already knew that i would fail that day. Firstly, i was not confident. With no confidence, i have lost half the battle. In addition to all the stupid mistakes i have made, that explain my failure. The way i drive reflects part of my character. Sometimes, i am very certain of the directions ahead, sometimes i am totally lost. When i am totally lost, i lost my sense of direction as well. Well, it's alright. just have to try again. hopefully, i can find my confidence again.

After three months in CT, i was back in General for one day. Hee hee, as expected, i was pretty lost at first. I had to get my workflow back in general since the workflow was a bit different from CT. The second half of the day was a breeze with the help of so many colleagues. We had so much fun working together, laughing away. Although our pts were crying in pain, they saw us so smiling, they also smile with us. Not bad right.

Portables on sat was alright except for the speed. At least, i dun have to repeat any images. As i was pushing the machines around, someone saw me along the corridor, he was like why are u pushing this machine around... aren't u supposed to be in CT. Ha ha ....they dun realise that we radiographers dun just work in one area. We always mutlitasking....

my stupid nose has been blocked since monday. i could not differentiate if it was due to the haze or or if it was the symptoms of developing of Flu. Anyway, my nose was "running" yesterday night and it gives me a headache as well. So took some medication hoping everything will turn out fine the next day. However, instead of feeling better when i woke up, i felt worse. However, i dun feel like callling in for MC. Only running nose... dun render a valid reason for taking medical leave. So i have decided to go to work and visit the staff clinic to get medication just in case i need it over the long weekend. The other time i also thought i was alright.. till the end of the day, i developed into a full blown flu and with that ,, i took 2 days mc. So this time, due to the fact that my driving test is round the corner and i still have practices over the weekend, this was not a time to fall sick ,,, and of course,, it will not be good if i could not attend the lessons over the next two days. Surprisingly, i was given 1 day mc... which i pondered for some time if i should take the medical leave. The truth is my mind can still function properly, there's no need to take off from work just that the headache is giving me kinda problem that's all. So in the end, i still took off and slept at home. At least, after the rest, i felt much better and should be able to tide through the rest of next week and hopefully i can pass my driving test.

Yes, here am i sighing away. Just came back from driving lesson. Damn sucks.... today my u turn technique is simply lousy. Too fast ... not safe at all. Both my vertical and pallaral parking are also far cry from good. The car is always not inline. Sigh.... Exam is just round the corner, the performance today is disappointing. i am still having problem in lane changing. Everytime the car will steer out of course as i look into the rear mirror. That's immediate failure lor. Sigh.... and i hate it when there are so many cars behind me ..and i need to make judgement on the perfect timing to change lane ..... really wonder if i can make it for the exam..... if not i will have to resit for my advance theory test again. THat's bad ...right .... hope luck will be with me that day.....

It's another "hazy" day. It was really bad.... my respiratory tract was about to surrender. Sigh!!!!

My driving test is just round the corner and i have received good news from those who took the test this week, they all passed. Wonder how's my result going to be. Keeping my fingers crossed and pray harder for the best.

Visit the hairdresser today. She trimmed my hair length shorter and shorter. Ha ha .... What to do, i guess with my hair condition, it will be more feasible to keep it short. No more long hair for me.. at least not in the coming one year period.

Finally, the haze was not as bad as the previous day. The air was so polluted that i could not breathe properly.

Sigh... i lost my files which i stored in my documents...... i had made the files and folders private earlier on as i wanted to set up a guest account for my auntie who is going to be using my pc when she was here in singapore. However, being itch mouth, i asked my bro how to go about blocking my stuff in e drive. In the midst of everything, he deleted my account under administrator login. THat
's it lor ... i reset up my account under the same name ,,, in the end i still was not able to access my documents. Sigh,,,,, i just transfer my financial reports over ,, and now i have to redo and track again. Damn it... never perform a backup first. i was told another way is to use another os to retreive the files... will have to try when i got hold of the software of another os first. What a blunder!!!

i have been feeling pretty frustrated throught the entire day. It has been a long time since i have someone breathing down my neck asking me rush out something. i know that has to be completed asap. However, my hands were full then. i dun have the time to process the images coz i need to carry on the procedures for other patients. As much as i wish i could expedite stuff, i could not possible do it if my partner is also occupied. i tried my best to process images asap after my scan. But the next patient command more attention and speed coz urgent and unstable case. Sigh.. sometimes i do wish that i have eight pairs of hands like the octopus.

i always hate it when people quote my words and use that as their means of defense. Frankly speaking, i dun quote others, i really hope that others dun quote me. i feel so vulnerable, exposing myself to possible destruction. just hate office politics...... where could i get an office politics free working environment. i am already super bo chap ,,, still can get involve in such problems. This is bad..... i shall be more careful next time......

i had a terrible headache after work yesterday. Luckily, the weather was good yesterday, hee hee good as it was a rainy day. Mum and I slept through the rest of the afternoon till about 6pm. That was a very good sleep.

i just hate working on sat. Not because of the workload but of the amount of assistance one could get was very minimal. There are only 3 radiographers and a nurse. There is not even a PCA to assist in pushing the patients out. We have to transfer the patients and push the trolleys out all by ourselves. Please talk about wasting time and slowing down the work process. I sustained backache everytime after work on sat. And every day not only sat, there are patients complaining that they waited too long for the procedures. Can someone work something out ? i really dun think that we can just sit on the situation for long. Yes, i can become immune to all the complaints and carry on letting them wait for long long time. But for those who have to consume oral contrast, they have to start the drink one and half hour before the scan. WE could only performed the scan half and hour after the last drink. So that's a long wait for them especially when they need to fast for four hours prior to that. To add on to their unhappiness, they have to sit around and watch those who dun have to drink any oral contrast such as head scans, and thorax scans going into the room and complete the procedure before them. Patients dun seem to understand and they blamed us for not sticking to their queue no. We wished to but in situations like this, we could not do that. Besides, we have urgent scans from emergency and icu..... they are our priority cases. In turn, we will delay the outpatients as well. So how do we solved such problems. ......
