Hmm, now i realise that it is very important to be able to keep up with the working style of various partners. Since everyone has a different way of performing the task. The style may imposed unnecessary stress to the other co worker as they may have problem adjusting to the way u do things or they feel pressurized by the unorganised procedures to do stuff. Guess i really need to learn to be cool headed and not rush pple into completing the task.

Anyway, think if no other problems pop up, i should be able to start work in feb 2006. hee hee .. actually i dun mind starting work in Jan if possible.. i dun need time to laze around just need the $$$. =P
