i think i did not bring along my thinking cap to work today. Coz a simple modified foot oblique x ray took me so damn long to figure the correct positioning and even angulated the tube wrongly. i still have the problem of not thinking out of the box. Sometimes, i really never use my brain to think first. The main aim i have is to clear the cases fast, in the event, i did not pause to plan the strategy. That's right. It is always very important to plan first before doing. I might need more time to learn that..... and not just go full speed ahead. Well, i should be in more control of how i want to do the projection. speed will pick up later i guess, hopefully. sigh
The most stupid thing is that i just collected my facial bone case in the morning. But in the afternoon i need to perform the same view but in a different orientation as the patient injured his neck. I could not do it.. my mind just went blank... sigh.... not good right?
Am i exerting too much pressure on myself? Or am i too demanding?
