It's finally over.... hee hee
11 weeks of clinical attachment has come to an end today... finally it is over and done with. It's an agony to work as a student sometimes or is it a blessing? Pros and cons , i would say. Pros as a student is that you can make as many mistakes as possible and it does not matter. When u are qualified, it is a sin to make mistakes. People recognised us by the silly mistakes we made. Very sad right. Of course, at the end of the day, there is still evaluation on our three weeks of attachments in NUH. And that left me puzzled .. am i always late for work.... while the other two are always punctual? I was late for one or two days in the beginning as i cannot catch the bus schedule. Then i was always punctual. This is so odd that they for better grades on punctuality lor... Well.. life is never fair... and i just feel unjustified. ha ha ha... well this will not affect my work performance,, if next time they did the same thing in my apprasial ..i will surely make noise. Hee Hee
i was attached to Angio today. There were so many interventional cases for the day. It seems like they are rushing to clear cases for the long weekend. E still says that he dun mind to come back tomorrow to do cases.. coz he can have more practices.... hee hee .. kudos to him manz..true practices makes perfect...
I am addicted currently to the hong kong TV serial about doctors... i was pretty amazed that they actually try to mimic the angiography procedure room with C arm, catheter.... the way angiography was carried out... although the drip stand was placed ridiculously low, a rather good effort to come up with a live setting for cardiac angio. For the first time, i saw a radiographer operating the machine.. even though they never dictate the radiographer role in the scene,, but at least the person is not in nursing attire and different from doctor.. Oh he was even in lead apron and thyroid shield. (",) . i love the scene of the flamingos ,,, there are so many of them... africa is a very nice place ... but not sure when will i visit her. From the tv serials, we could stole a glimpse of the working condition of the medical volunteers over Africa. Wonder, they need radiographers or not for the trip...This is something i would like to participate in if i have the chance. =P
