Met up with my other group of IJ friends on friday night over at zhu's place. i arrived pretty late as i was busy assisting my mum with the changing of treatment water of the fish before that. As mum went for a medical appointment first before she could go down and purchase the aqua salt.

Glad to know that she has cleared the cholestrol medication this time. She has to continue taking the medication for another half a year. Although the price of the medication is pretty expensive, guess there is not much choice. The doc says that the price may be lowered after a while since the medication is pretty new in the market. She cannot transfer back to polyclinic yet as the medicine is not available in polyclinic so she has to stick to the specialist clinic. Well, at least her cholestrol level has dropped to a more acceptable level compared to a few months ago. =)

zhu's new place is nice. The environment is serene and is rather windy. The most important point is that it is within walking distance from the mrt. That's super convenient. i bought ice cream for dessert =P Over the dinner, we did some catch up and this is the first time HJ joined us for gathering. It is always very amazing to see how IJians just clicked when they are together although we might not have met each other or even not friends before. We just get together as one big family. There were gossips about our common friends as well as updates of our other friends whom we knew or remembered. Then the topic switched to our beloved teachers in IJ. We were all wondering what has happened to Miss Su Su Cheng and sister Anne. No information of them at all. hmmm... Of course, the main attraction of the day is Ryan, zhu's son. He was very chubby and very adorable. He loves to rattle off in his own baby language and he sounds like he is holding singing performance, sitting at the sofa and "singing" at the top of his voice. On some occassions, he will look very frustrated as if the audiences dun know what he is trying to convey. Dan his father will started "suaning" the audiences (that is us) not appreciating his singing... will promise to find a better audiences for him next time HA HA HA .... really cute lor ... hee hee ... And for the first time, the whole gang got to travel back home in the same direction via MRT. That's so rare since JY shifted to east and me to west. hmmmm... Glad to know that everyone is doing well.
