Damn it.... i took an x ray of my left elbow this morning as i think my radial head has been displaced due to the pain it has been giving me for the past one week. I sustained the injury more than one week ago and got it fixed. However, think i might have worsen the condition again by putting too much pressure on my left elbow while working on cases again. The spacing between the radial head and the ulna was indeed narrow. That's a minor issue actually. i was more horrified to see the condition of my bone. Oh my god,,, i am definitely very osteoporosis. Imagine at the age of 29, my bone condition looks like one from an old lady of maybe 50 - 60 years old. i sort of expected that i have low bone mass than average but never think it would be this bad. Now i have to find a way to do my BMD test to determine how bad the condition was. Well, the dentist has always been reminding me to increase my calcium intake as i am well known for my "weak" teeth. Maybe should attribute it to my unhealthy lifestyle of no exercise and dun consume sufficient dairy products. Well, my thin small frame does not help too. i have not been exercising since i graduated from school, even during school days i was not active in sports except for badminton and regular PE lessons. When i started working, things become worse, coz i sit down at my desk most of the time and worked long hours and slept during the weekends just to catch up with my insufficient sleep. See....all these adds to my naturally deficiency in calcium intake and bone mass just did not develop like that lor. Sigh .......
Was on night again yesterday, so i just woke up from my beauty sleep,,and pending for work again later ,, ,yes my last night for the month. Did a mutliple case all by myself.. wah really stressed. luckily, all one shot one kill,, no need to repeat for the 7 site projections. phew... and luckily the patient was not big size if not i will have problem. The MO was nice,, thanks for the help. But another bout of stress came in the early morning before i knocked off for work. Someone got drunk and it's never an easy job to handle them. i just could not get anything done as the bugger kept moving around. And i was alone, no one to act as the movement stopper. hee hee ,,,,, till my colleagues came in for the morning shift. Thank god manz ...
