i just hate the doorways to the theatre 6 - 9. i always encountered problems when i attempt to push the ii into the theatres. The door width is narrow and there is not much space for me to maneovuer the machine. Luckily, today i have someone to help me with the door but i still felt very stupid lor. How can a radiographer still have problem moving the ii at my stage and it is the lighter machine which i used today. Damn pissed with myself. But long time never do OT, all of a sudden i forgot where are some of the functional buttons. Fortunately, managed to figure that out fast before i need to perform the procedure.

i still not that meticulous coz i neglected some issues yesterday which may cause a major disturbance to others. Come to think about that, just did not consider some areas which does not occur to me that it is very important. Now i know, i cannot just take other's words for it coz in the end, i am the one getting into trouble not others. =)

Oh i did something which i think is not very right. i was taking down phone message halfway and i realised that i dun have a pen with me, started looking around but no one is around me and i was in a rush to settle the IVU case so that i could get into OT in the shortest time possible, at the verge of my anxiety, i just passed the phone to my other colleague who happen to pass by for take down the message instead. i dun know what has prompted me to do that but this was utterly unacceptable coz how can i just pass the "ball" into somebody's else court. Must really try to think and do logical things properly. It's either because i dun have sufficient sleep the night before or i just lost my thinking cap at that point of time. This is so unforgivable. Sorry!!!!
