okiez.... finally get down to business after sitting on the matter for weeks. i finally looked for one driving instructor and booked my first lesson with him. After much consideration, i have decided to go for the practical exam at Bukit Batok Driving Centre as it is much more convenient for me to shuttle to and fro between work and lessons. Dad was not very happy with that ,,, but i guessed that's the best i could think of so far.
Work was not smooth sailing today. First, the processor broke down after a marker was put through together with the cassette. And i think i was the culprit for that. The processor broke down was not much of a issue but the transporting of patients in and out of the resus room was not doing well either. That's piss me off as well. There were so many cases waiting to be done and we could only sit around and wait for them to come by. Learnt a few lessons today.
1. Must always ensure that all artifacts were removed from the region of interest to minimize the possibilities of having to repeat the projections again.
2. Must always check if the correct tube was selected and ready for x ray then proceed on with the projection. This would ensure the possibilities of getting no image was reduced to zero. Just cannot tahan the number of repeats we did today. These were so unacceptable especially when it was so troublesome for portable resus x rays to be conducted.
hope tomorrow will be better tomorrow (",)
