i was scolded by some property agent for being rude to him. yes i admit that i was being rude to him ..... and i should have exert more control over my temper. i was pissed off by the fact that he refused to tell me why he wanted to talk to my dad. And i knew that he was one of those irritating property agents who always called us up one day or another to ask if we are interested in selling our flat. i just wanted to find out his intention so that i could just reject him and save my dad the trouble of dealing with such people. He insisted in speaking to the owner of the house when i told him that the owner was not available for the moment. And he asked if i am the family member.... hello at this timing at around 9pm.... not family member what am i doing in other people's house. That's exactly what i have told him. He got pissed off as well...asking me why i speak to him in this manner.. so rude.... And he still persist on asking when the owner of the house will return so that he could call again. I replied, "then u better dun call again" and slammed down the phone.

My mum told me the other night that my dad picked up a call from a property agent asking our intention of selling our flat. My dad answered "no" and the agent then in turned ask him ," do u project that u will sell your flat in the next two years?". My dad flared and told the person off. My dad's health is not very good these days, cannot exert too much.. and this bugger here trying to make his blood pressure rise. So today's case, i just hope to filter off the nusiance call which i normally did. Just that i am especially rude today. Sorry to whoever u are....

i know that u are also trying to make a living and going all out looking for sales. But is this the way to look for sales? When we need an agent to sell our flat, we will hunt for the agent to do that ,,, ,i dun need one to knock at our door everyday just to ask us the same question over and over again. This is damn irritating....

Then moving on to another episode ,,,this time is about my younger brother. He dropped his wallet somewhere last week. And someone picked it up. That's considered lucky right coz that will save him some money for getting the IC again ,,,that's 300 bucks already... The coincidental thing is that someone who picked up his wallet works in the same building as him. So i thought that will make things easier coz that person could just come down to his office and passed him his wallet. But nooo.... the person opted to send his wallet back to him.. duh..so we waited and waited till today.. still no sight of that wallet. that person even asked the security guard to check with my bro if he has received his wallet yet. When my bro say no, the security guard went straight up to her office to confirm with her... she said she would bring the wallet back tomorrow. what is this manz... firstly tell people that she has sent the wallet out last friday.. then now claimed that the wallet is still with her... What's wrong with people these days? And what's the hassle of sending it back by mail when they worked in the same building? could have just pass it to my bro personally or through the security guard if u dun want to meet my bro.
