i am down with viral flu all of a sudden. The doctor gave my two days medical leave to rest at home.

i was still doing fine after work although could feel that my muscles were very tight around my shoulders and neck region. i just kinda dismissed the aches coz the aches were probably due the long day of stretching my muscles working away. i was really toxic this few days considered the number of cases i did. oh my god.. cannot believe that i could be that busy. =) Anyway, after bath, i started to feel very cold to the extend that shivering eventhough there was no fan blowing in my direction. However, i still forced down my dinner and cleared up. After clearing up, i just went to bed but could still feel very cold to the extend that i changed into long pants and wearing sweater as if i was in winterland. About 11 plus, i could feel that my throat was very dry, my nose was blocked, my head was damn painful and could not stop shivering. Decided to measure my temperature , it reads 38.7 degree celcius. Popped in a panadol and continued to sleep. Then i felt very warm. At the back of my mind, this is bad, why am i getting bouts of cold and warm reaction. Looks like dengue. oh no......

i was still having mild fever in the morning. i wanted to go to work but has a second thought coz i dun want to spread my virus to anyone else. so i went to see doctor to confirm that i had a viral flu but need to monitor if i develop any rashes in the next few days. Here am i crushing tablets with my gadget and eating sweet right after i swallowed my smashed tablet. just now i cleared my nose and there was blood. oh my,,,,,, this looks bad right ...
