yes ... i am down with flu again or rather upper respiratory tract infection as diagnosed by the doctor. Wondered why am i hit with cold bug every 3 months. And it always happened when there is renovation work in the hospital. Allergy to dust... and as i aged, the nasal problem becomes more prominent. or am i simply lack of exercise and that could be one of the reason why i am always down with cold. or could be i dun want to do on call duties. ha ha ,,,there are just too many reasons to explain why i am so prone to getting cold.

slept my day through yesterday with no one at home to disturb me. i could not even hear my handphone beep sometimes when sms came through. Sometimes i wonder if i am really too tired that i sleep through the day or is it due to the effect from the medication.

my head still feel a bit heavy though. try to do my on call today since no one is available to take my on call today. it's alright... think i can survive my last on call before we go on shift.
