Sometimes i really wonder if i have the capability to control my emotional outbreaks. My mood swings gets pretty bad these few days. Maybe it is just because i was just too tired. No time to rest well over the long weekend due to work commitment. For those who worked with me over the years, may have experienced my emotional outbreak at work. Oops earthquake right .. hee hee Today i had a few episode and the last one ,,,, i dun really think it is necessary and could have mishandled the situation. Well, just see if there's any complaint lodged tomorrow for being rude.

I always know that there's lots of communication problem among departments in hospital. They dun talk to one another. They dun communicate through emails sometimes and most importantly they dun have the basic understanding of good communication skills. Many issues could be resolved if they have made prior arrangement before the event happened. For example, if they booked an appointment in the evening almost to end of operation hours for tomorrow case. Out in the corporate world, the person should have the courtesy to call and inform the section personally to inform of the late add on appointment so that the other party could prepare for that. The case listing was printed out at the end of the day before the gals knocked off. So if anything add on after that it will not reflect in the listing and the following day, no one will notice the changes coz there's not time to check for latest update. If not, then we should start a system to check for the latest updated list every morning. Everyone work as a team, so if the communication is well facilitated, the event today could be prevented all together. It's not just the effort of one party . Dun tell me things like in that case i dun have to request in SAP. If you dun request in SAP, there's no request form , there will be also no slot booked for the procedure. i getting sick of such system where by everyone thinks that everyone have all the time in the world to check what other people are doing. i hate the working environment where everyone just point fingers at others when something pops up and runs away from responsibilities... i hate running the show with so many people giving different commands which not only confusing and inefficient. The entire work process are mostly inefficient. When can they wake up from the little world of theirs?

As i aged over the years, my stamina had also decreased significantly especially over the past one year. Here i am, trying to sought a way to lead a balance lifestyle but no matter how i try, i still struck in this hectic work lifestyle.

Not that i dunno what i want in life. just that i could not control myself to reject many tasks assigned to me for no reasons. Sometimes being selfish do help in a way, however, it's up to individual to make that decision. Being a peace loving person, most of the time i could not bring myself to do that. Silly me... but that's me. If not, i will have this feeling of guilt that i did someone wrong.
