The ct scanner broke down again. It always happens to me.. Why am i so unlucky? There are so many hiccups ... and i am always on shift .. scanning with my 4 slice machine seems so long to complete one body scans. I was so angry with myself that i actually forgot to verify the identity and resulted in wrong id incident. Fortunately, the nurse discovered that the case note i gave her did not match her patient. Just in time to correct everything and put everything in place again. I get really agitated coz this kind of mistakes is unforgivable.
